Hi I'm Emily! Finding the right therapist can be a stressful process however it doesn't need to be. In my approach, I aim to create a relaxed and open environment for clients to feel heard and welcomed in their healing process. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in working through interpersonal relationships and breaking conflict cycles that tend to plague our connection to ourselves and others. Issues related to attachment, self esteem, recovering from infidelity, sexual functioning and satisfaction, transitioning to parenthood, creating and maintaining equitable relationships, and restoring bonds are just a few examples of areas where I can help.
